| DIRECT DRIVES & CONTROLS (2008 to present)
Since 1986, Direct Drives and Controls has been an industrial automation distributor. They offer quality product lines, fast service, industry expertise, and offer service worldwide. Direct Drives and Controls offers more than 70 product lines, including SUNX, Panasonic, Nord Gear, AC Tech / Lenze, Leeson Motors, Hitachi Inverters, Sti / Omron, Fuji Electric, Emerson, Leuze Electronic, and more.
HOW POPP! HELPS DIRECT DRIVES: With an expanding product line and the need to have an online presence, POPP! re-designed and optimized DirectDrives. I created over 100 pages of product information, instructional manuals, links, and industry news. I also created and currently manage all of Direct Drives' Google advertising, Google My Business, email marketing campaigns, customer database management and marketing materials. These efforts have resulted in attracting new customers, increasing customer retention and a spike in sales growth! I even manage shipping/receiving, make customer deliveries, pick up product, maintain a warehouse and drive a forklift. I can do it all!
POPP! created the following websites for some of Direct Drives' more popular product lines:

HOW POPP! HELPED GOLDMANSTRONG: POPP built the original website for friends and family to visit for Alec's progress. It was a site where supporters could send messages, well wishes and messages of encouragement. POPP also created social media pages for Alec on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

| ABBY SUNDERLAND (2010)
Abby had a dream to sail around the world. She has been around the water and on boats since she was 6 months old. Abby began single-handing at 13. In January 2010, Abby set sail around the world on 'Wild Eyes', an Open 40 racing sailboat. Her dream was to become the world's youngest solo circumnavigator!
HOW POPP! HELPED ABBY: My goal was to create exciting and informative content for her website that would attract fans and supporters. This goal was met by creating an 'Ask Abby' page, a personal introduction, relevant updates, and interesting information. POPP also created and currently manages Abby's Official Twitter and Facebook Fan Pages. POPP was able to attract over 7,500 fans in less than two months by interacting with Abby's fans, posting informative updates and photos, distributing news to industry outlets and offering helpful and frequent links.
"I am so impressed with Abby’s Facebook Fan Page and love the new ‘Ask Abby’ on her website!" – M. Sunderland
